Mobile Flow Racks
In booth #1305, we showcased mobile flow racks featuring various SpanTrack carton flow tracks, including light, medium, and heavy-duty options. UNEX FlowCell is utilized by manufacturing and assembly facilities to maximize efficiency across their operations. Durable, modular FlowCell flow racks can be customized to a facility's unique needs and configured in various ways to support lineside assembly processes. Industrial Workstations
Our industrial workstation demonstrated the full capabilities of our FlowCell product line. This workstation was outfitted with 12" workbench and varying widths of our SpanTrack Lane and Wheel Bed to show a wide range of flow options. Our FlowCell workstation featured at The Assembly Show allowed attendees to experience the capabilities of our dynamic duo, FlowCell, and SpanTrack carton flow. These solutions, when used in conjunction, support Lean principles. Providing workers with a dedicated space reduces time spent looking for essential supplies and increases productivity.
Heavy-Duty Pick Tray Cart
UNEX showcased an industrial picking cart with UNEX heavy-duty SpanTrack (100 series) carton flow rollers and skatewheels made of galvanized steel with bearings and angled steel shelves, which are ideal for presenting parts for pickup. Flowcell pick tray carts help keep small parts close to the line and readily accessible. Adding casters to any FlowCell unit allows manufacturing and assembly plant workers to move items quickly throughout a facility.
Manufacturing Supermarket Racks
While our supermarket racks weren't featured in the booth this year, they certainly deserve a shoutout! Our FlowCell and Roller Rack solutions are perfect for building space-saving, efficient manufacturing supermarket areas. Like a retail supermarket, a manufacturing supermarket is an organized storage space where workers can easily pick and replenish parts to stock smaller storage racks, modular carts, or workstations along the assembly line.
Roller Rack structures provide carton flow for the various storage mediums used in picking operations. Due to its durable, flexible, and modular design, roller racks are quick and easy to build and ideal for manufacturing supermarkets.
