UNEX can help them follow through. Happy 2015 to all of our readers! We hope you had a wonderful New Years.  As most people who make New Years Resolutions know, if you aren’t realistic about your resolutions, it makes it nearly impossible to follow through and fulfill them. If your goal is to lose 50 pounds, you have to understand that it will take time and dedication and you can’t give up after a week if you don’t see the weight melting off. Likewise, many companies make it a goal to revamp their entire manufacturing process. If you have an unlimited budget to go through and change everything in one fell swoop, fantastic! But the reality is that most companies do not have that luxury and therefore can’t do a complete line transformation overnight. The operation and assembly processes of these manufacturers are enormous. To completely change the line would not only be time consuming but it would be expensive.
