For them, chasing perfection is a continuous task, and they are always looking for ways to improve our product offering. More often than not, our Pickologists determine where improvements can be made by listening to customers. What are they asking for? What would they like to see changed or improved on our existing products? We hear these questions, and immediately go to work addressing them. With those tenets in mind, we introduced the new [Roller Rack](https://www.unex.com/product/roller-rack/) on January 1 of this year. Roller Rack is an ideal solution for distribution, manufacturing and retail operations where carton flow is required, but there is no need to store pallets above the rack. It provides extreme flexibility for whatever your carton flow needs may be, with a variety of standard sizes that can function as a standalone bay or be built in a row of multiple carton flow bays. The knock down design makes Roller Rack easy to build, move, ship or store as needed. Because Roller Rack does not need to support the heavy pallets, it uses less steel than a traditional pallet rack solution, which leads to lower prices. All of this, with a two-week lead time! That flexibility and lower price point does not come with a sacrifice in quality or capability, however.
